\Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Exception\BadRequestHttpException Thrown when the 'Content-Disposition' request header is invalid.
Deprecated
in drupal:10.3.0 and is removed from drupal:11.0.0. Use \Drupal\file\Upload\ContentDispositionFilenameParser::parseFilename() instead.
