Parameters
\Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityInterface $entity: The entity for which to check access.
string $operation: The entity operation. Usually one of 'view', 'view label', 'update' or 'delete'.
\Drupal\Core\Session\AccountInterface $account: The user for which to check access.
