FunctionalTestSetupTrait::$apcuEnsureUniquePrefix

The flag to set 'apcu_ensure_unique_prefix' setting.

Wide use of a unique prefix can lead to problems with memory, if tests are run with a concurrency higher than 1. Therefore, FALSE by default.
